End User Agreement of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia
This End User Agreement is made and entered into by and between Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) and the end user.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the University grants End User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the UTM Open Science Repository for the purpose of research, education, and non-commercial purposes.
End User agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or sell any content or data obtained from the Repository without the prior written consent of the University.
The University retains ownership of the Repository and all intellectual property rights associated with the Repository, including the content and data contained within the Repository.
The Repository is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the University be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) arising in any way out of the use of the Repository, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.
End User may contribute content to the Repository, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any additional guidelines or policies provided by the University. By contributing content to the Repository, End User represents and warrants that they have all necessary rights to do so, and that the content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any laws or regulations.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon written notice to the other party.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
By accessing and using the Repository, End User acknowledges that they have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
